摘要 本文分析了12V190ZC型柴油机进排气道各部位结构参数、位置布置参数对性能的影响;测量了气阀周围的流场分布;进行了气道型式和燃烧室匹配对旋流衰减的试验研究。在此基础上,作者提出了改善这种进排气道的基本措施。 By referring to the results concerning design improvement on the intake and exhaust manifolds of Model 12V190ZC diesel engine, the influence of structural parameters of manifolds on engine performance is discussed. The flow field around the valves is measured and the effect of matching between manifold and combustion chamber on swirl decay is investigated. Measures to improve the existing manifolds are proposed. With the new manifolds, the flow coefficient of intake manifold (μσ,i) at maximum lift is increased by 15%, that of exhaust manifold (μσ,e) by 27% and the swirl ratio by 62% as compared with the original manifolds.
