硝苯地平控释片治疗肾性高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of nifedipine controlled release tablet in the treatment of hypertension nephropathy

目的探讨硝苯地平控释片治疗肾性高血压的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月本院收治的148例肾性高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,各74例。观察组给予硝苯地平控释片,对照组给予贝那普利。治疗12周后,比较两组的肾功能指标、血压控制水平、临床效果及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的SBP、DBP、24 h尿蛋白水平显著低于对照组治疗后,UA水平显著高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为6.76%,显著低于对照组的16.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平控释片治疗肾性高血压疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nifedipine controlled release tablet in the treatment of hypertension nephropathy. Methods 148 patients with hypertension nephropathy in our hospital from January 2013 to January2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,74 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with nifedipine,the control group was treated with benazepril.Renal function index,hypertension control level,clinical effect and adverse reaction between the two groups was compared at 12 thweek after treatment respectively. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of SBP,DBP,24 h urinary protein after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the level of UA after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P <0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.76%,which was lower than 16.22% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nifedipine controlled release tablet in the treatment of hypertension nephropathy is effective and safe,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
