盐酸氨溴索压缩雾化法治疗新生儿肺炎的效果

Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride compression nebulization method in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索压缩雾化法治疗新生儿肺炎的效果。方法选取2014年4月～2015年6月在本院接受治疗的90例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用糜蛋白酶雾化法进行治疗,治疗组采用盐酸氨溴索压缩雾化法进行治疗。比较两组的临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生率及住院时间,并评价两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组的咳嗽停止时间、啰音消失时间、气促平稳时间、体温恢复时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为91.1%,显著高于对照组的75.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索压缩雾化法治疗新生儿肺炎效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride compression nebulization method in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods 90 neonatal pneumonia patients in our hospital from April 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chymotrypsin enzyme nebulization method,the treatment group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride compression nebulization method.The disappearing time of clinical symptom,the incidence rate of adverse reaction and hospital stay in the two groups was compared,the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups. Results Cough stopping time,rales disappearance time,shortness of breath stable time,body temperature recovery time and hospitalization time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.1%,which was higher than 75.5% of the control group,with significant difference(P <0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of ambroxol hydrochloride compression nebulization method in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is significant,safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
