摘要 传染病学临床见习是理论联系实践的重要手段,是临床实践教学的重要组成部分。学生对传染病学临床见习缺乏兴趣甚至产生畏惧感,传统的见习方式缺乏主动性,不利于学生临床思维及能力素质的培养。PBL教学法有助于培养学生的临床思维和解决问题的能力,是一种适合于传染病学见习的教学模式。本文就如何提高学习兴趣、培养临床思维及教学方法改革三方面进行思考,谈一些带教体会,以提高传染病见习水平。 Clinical practice of epidemiology is an important mean of linking up theory with practice and also an important part of clinical practice teaching.Students lack of interest in infectious disease clinical practice or even with fear of being.Traditional practice way lacks of initiative,and not be helpful to culture the clinical thinking and competencies of students.PBL teaching method is helpful to culture the clinical thinking and ability to resolve problems of students,and is a teaching mode that suitable for infectious disease practice.This paper thinking in three aspects includes how to improve the learning interest,cultivate the clinical thinking and teaching method reform and talking about some teaching experience to enhance the infectious disease practice level.
