急诊护理程序在提高脑出血昏迷患者急救效率和改善急救结局中的价值

The application value of emergency nursing process in improving the efficiency and treatment outcome of emergency of patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma

目的探讨急诊护理程序在提高脑出血昏迷患者急救效率和改善急救结局中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年3月～2015年6月我院急诊科收治的脑出血昏迷患者124例,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者进行常规急救护理,观察组患者进行基于急诊护理程序的综合护理。比较两组患者抢救时间、抢救成功率、并发症发生情况以及存活患者3个月后Barthel、FMA评分。结果观察组患者抢救时间、并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抢救成功率以及存活患者3个月后Barthel、FMA评分比较,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用急诊护理程序于抢救脑出血昏迷患者可有效提高急救效率、抢救成功率,改善患者预后情况。

Objective To explore the clinical value of emergency nursing process in improvement of emergency efficiency and outcome of cerebral hemorrhage coma patients. Methods 124 cases of cerebral hemorrhage coma treated in our department from March 2012 to June 2015 were reviewed and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Control group was given routine emergency nursing,while observation group were given comprehensive nursing based on emergency nursing process.The rescue time,rescue success rate,incidence of complications and Barthel and FMA scores of survived patients after 3 months were compared. Results The rescue time and incidence of complications were significantly lower in the observation group than that of control group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate and Barthel and FMA scores of survived patients after 3 months in the observation group were significantly superior to those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing process can effectively improve the emergency efficiency,rescue success rate and outcome of cerebral hemorrhage coma patients.
