含三甲氧苄嗪的细胞内液性停搏液对未成熟心肌的作用

摘要 目的 探讨两种晶体停搏液中 (Bretshneider HTK和Roesolution)加入细胞保护剂三甲氧苄嗪对未成熟兔心肌的作用。方法 以离体灌注幼兔心为研究对象 ,观察两种晶体停搏液在幼兔心 14℃缺血 2h后血流动力学、冠脉流出液心肌酶和心肌生化的变化。结果 与对照组相比 ,三甲氧苄嗪可显著提高晶体停搏液 (HTK和Roe)离体灌注幼兔心功能的恢复 (P <0 0 5 ) ,明显减少心肌酶的漏出和氧自由基的生成 (P <0 0 5 ) ,增加高能磷酸盐的储存 (P <0 0 5 )。 Objective To investigate the effect of addition of tr imetazidine to two crystalloid cardioplegias (Bretshneider HTK and Roe solution, at a final concentration of 10 -6 mol/L) on immature myocardium. Methods To observe the changes of hemodynamics, myocardial enzyme in th e coronary effluent and myocardial biochemistry of the perfused immature rabbit heart in vitro received two hours ischemia. Results Compared with the control group, cardioplegias containing (final concentration was 10 -6 mol/L) could markedly enhance the post ischemic hemodynamics, tremendously lower the myocardial enzyme leakage and production of oxygen free radical, and improve high energy phosphates preservation. Conclusion Cytoprotective agent trimetazidine can significantly improve the myocardial protective effect of two.
