HAZOP-LOPA分析方法在液氨罐区的应用

HAZOP-LOPA Analysis Method in the Application of Liquid Ammonia Tank

针对HAZOP分析方法的不足之处,将LOPA分析方法融入到HAZOP分析方法中,并应用于在役液氨罐区,系统识别了液氨罐区存在的工艺危险和可操作性问题;对高风险场景,通过LOPA分析评估了保护措施的有效性,提出了相应的建议措施。

Aiming at the deficiency of HAZOP analysis method,this paper put LOPA analysis method into HAZOP analysis method,and applied to the liquid ammonia tank farm in service for the system identification process hazard and operability ilssues exist in liquid ammonia tank; For high risk scenarios,through the LOPA analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the protection measures,put forward the corresponding suggestion.
