摘要
通过履带板用钢硬度试验对金属材料洛氏硬度C标尺测量不确定度进行了研究,并建立了数学模型,分析了洛氏硬度测量不确定度来源。评定结果表明,依据GB/T 230.1—2009附录G,当k=2时,采用方法一计算的履带板用钢洛氏硬度C标尺试验硬度的测量不确定度为(45.3±2.2)HRC,采用方法二计算的测量不确定度为(45.3±1.4)HRC。
The measurement uncertainty of Rockwell hardness scale C test for metal materials was studied through the hardness test of track board steel. The mathematical model was established. The source of measurement uncertainty of Rockwell hardness was analyzed. The evaluation results showed that the measurement uncertainty of Rockwell hardness test for track board steel was(45.3 ± 2.2) HRC by method 1 in Appendix G of GB/T230.1—2009,when k=2. When method 2 was used,the measurement uncertainty was(45.3±1.4) HRC.
