圆坯连铸拉矫电机负荷分配及速度调节系统的设计 被引量:2

摘要 以圆坯连铸拉矫电机控制系统为背景,对大断面连铸拉矫电机进行了负荷分配及速度补偿控制模型的设计,针对生产过程出现的过流、失速等电机故障,对原有的控制模型进行了优化,增加了速度微调补偿环节,同时对铸坯长度跟踪进行补偿,实现了铸坯长度的精确检测,完全满足了生产工艺要求。 Based on the control system of motor for withdrawal and straightening machine during round bloom casting, the control model design of the load distribution and speed compensation of motor for withdrawal and straightening ma- chine during large section continuous casting has been carried out. According to the overcurrent, stall and other motor faults during the production process, the original control model is optimized. By adding speed fine adjustment compen- sation link and tracking the billet length for compensation, the precise detection of billet length is realized, and the re- quirements of the production process are fully meet.
