摘要
[目的]探讨背根节脉冲射频对坐骨神经缩窄模型大鼠脊髓背角小胶质细胞活化的影响.[方法]取清洁级雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组和治疗组,治疗组给予背根节脉冲射频,参数为温度42℃,脉宽20ms,频率2Hz,时间240s.采用免疫组织化学方法检测术后1周各组大鼠脊髓背角小胶质细胞活化标志物OX-42的表达情况.[结果]模型对照组和治疗组OX-42阳性细胞数明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),治疗组OX-42阳性细胞数明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05).[结论]背根节脉冲射频对坐骨神经缩窄模型大鼠脊髓背角小胶质细胞活化具有抑制作用.
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency on microglial activation of spinal cord dorsal horn in the sciatic chronic constriction injury rats. METHODS Male SD rats were randomly and evenly divided into three groups: control, model and treatment group. The treatment group was treated with pulsed radiofrequency on dorsal root ganglion. The parameters were 42 ℃, 20 ms pulse width, 2 Hz frequency and 240 s duration. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of OX-42 which was the marker of microglial activation of spinal cord dorsal horn at 1 week after operation. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the number of OX-42 positively expressed cells was significant- ly increased in both the model and the treatment groups(P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, the number of OX-42 positively expressed cells was significantly decreased in the treatment group (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Pulsed radiofrequency of dorsal root ganglion could significantly inhibit microglial activation of spinal cord dorsal horn in the sciatic chronic constriction injury rats.
