摘要
[目的]研究东北铁线莲的化学成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,利用理化性质和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定.[结果]从东北铁线莲二氯甲烷提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸、齐墩果烷-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、香豆素和2-(hydroxymethyl)-3,4-pyridinediol.[结论]2-(hydroxymethyl)-3,4-pyridinediol首次从东北铁线莲中分离得到.
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Clematis manshurica Rupr. METHODS Silica gel column chromatography was used for isolation and purification, physicochemical properties and spectral analysis were used for the identification of the structure. RESULTS Four compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane extract of Clematis manshurica Rupr, and they were identified as the oleanolic acid, 3-hydroxy-12-oleanan-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, coumarin, 2-( hydroxymethyl )-3, 4-pyridinediol. CONCLUSION For the first time, the 2-(hydroxymethyl)-3, 4-pyridinediol was obtained from the Clematis manshurica Rupr.
