摘要
基于信号链分析方法,研究并设计一款压力传感器的前置放大器。同传统分析方法相比,信号链的分析计算使得各个模块的指标分配更加合理。整个芯片采用SMIC 0.18μm CMOS工艺,对所设计的电路进行仿真验证,当输入电压为68m V时,输出电压波形无明显毛刺,输入等效噪声约为13nV/Hz^(1/2),系统整体噪声约为566n V。
Based on the analysis of signal chain, a pre-amplifier for a pressure sensor was designed. Compared with the traditional analysis, it maked assignment reasonable for module parameter. The circuits were designed by SMIC 0.18 μ m CMOS process. When the input voltage was 68mV, the output wave didn't have glitch. The input referred noise was 13nV/√Hz and the noise of the whole system was about 556nV.
