摘要
针对空分装置氮气压缩机组开车过程中增速箱轮齿连续两次断裂的问题进行分析。根据现场检修情况,结合对断裂齿轮的分析结果,通过参数计算,确定导致轮齿断裂的直接原因为齿轮在热处理过程中出现问题,并对其进行成功改造。
Tooth fracture in nitrogen compressor gear box happened twice during commissioning in air separation unit. Searching the maintenance on site, and by calculating the parameters, we found the direct reason of tooth fracture was the failure in heat treatment. A successful reformation in the gear box was made.
