摘要
对粉煤气化工艺中粉煤进料过程以及粉煤流量控制实施过程经常出现的问题进行描述,通过DCS中的软件程序来修改操作步骤,避免粉煤"架桥",通过增加特殊专用温度计并修改控制方案对粉煤流量的控制进行优化,达到了对氧煤比的平稳控制。
This article described the common problems in pulverized coal Ieemng anct now contrm ,,, coal gasification, introduced a method to adjust the procedure by DCS control system software in order to avoid pulverized coal from "bridge", and presented an approach to achieve a stable control on oxygen to coal ratio by implementing special temperate instrument and changing the control plan.
