通过对MDEA溶液过滤系统进行改造,并引入DCS实现集中控制,既解决了MDEA溶液在循环使用中出现的质量下降,进而产生液泛影响正常生产的问题,又增加了系统稳定性与操作灵活性,减少了系统维护成本。
The reformation of MDEA solution filter system and introduction of DCS to achieve central- ized control in decarbonization system solved the problems of not only the quality decline of MDEA during its recycling application, but also the liquid flood which impacts on normal operation, furthermore increased the stability of the system and the flexibility of operation, and reduced the maintenance cost.
