双吻合器技术在直肠前切除手术中的应用

The double stapling technique for anterior resection of rectal cancer

目的 评价双吻合器在直肠癌前切除低位吻合术中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析自 1998年 8月～ 2 0 0 1年 9月间应用双吻合器行直肠前切除术 4 5例 ,其中 14例属超低位吻合术 ,占 31 1%。结果 全组无手术死亡 ,术后吻合口漏 2例 (4 4 % ) ,吻合口狭窄 3例 (6 7% ) ;术后局部复发 4例 (9 3% )。

Objective To evaluate the role of double stapling technique in low anterior resection of rectal cancer. Methods 45 cases of anterior resection including 14 cases superl ow anterior resection were analysed retrospectively by using double stap ling device. Results There was no operational death. Com plications included anastomotic lea k in 2 patients (4 4%) and anastomotic structure in 3 patients (6 7%). Of the 43 patients available for follow up, 4 patients had deve lop ed local recurrence (9 3%). Conclusion Our experience su ggests that double stapling technique provided a safe alternative for anus saving operations in patients with rectal cancer.
