摘要
针对火箭舱段传统装配工艺规划和路径规划的方法特点,介绍了一种面向火箭舱段的三维数字化装配工艺方法,给出了三维数字化装配的系统框架和装配工艺规划方案,讨论了数字化装配的结构设计中的各个环节关系,通过虚拟装配平台输出装配动画和视图,建立完善的数据库系统,从而实现了火箭舱段生产现场的三维可视化装配,提高了装配的准确性和装配效率,缩短了装配时间。
According to the characteristics of the traditional method of rocket cabin assembly process planning and path planning,this paper introduces a 3 D digital assembly process for rocket cabin,a scheme of the system frame and assembly process for 3 D digital assembly. In this paper the relationship of each link in the structure and design of digital assembly is discussed. Through the virtual assembly platform output assembly animation and view,a perfect database system is established,realizing 3 D visualization of rocket cabin assembly production,achieving the purpose of improving the accuracy and efficiency of assembly and shortening the assembly time.
