初中班主任领导行为与班级气氛的关系

摘要 本文通过班主任工作的重要性，提出做好班主任工作对班级气氛的确立有着重要作用，并且通过班主任领导行为的类型进一步阐述了领导行为与班级气氛之间的关系，并思考了改善的措施，以供参考。
