摘要
目的:探讨案例教学法在高等职业院校口腔内科学教学中的应用效果。方法:将113名口腔专科学生分为实验组(55名)和对照组(58名)。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用案例教学法,课程结束后评价教学效果。结果:实验组学生考核成绩优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:采用案例教学法在高等职业院校进行口腔内科学教学,有利于提高教师的综合素质,有利于培养学生分析和解决问题的能力、提高学生的沟通能力,并解决了教学与-临床实际脱节的问题。
Objective : To explore the effect of case teaching method in thecourse of oral medicine. Methods: 113 College students were divided into two groups. The students in the control group (u=58) received traditional teaching methods, while the students in the experimental group (u=55) received case teaching method in the course of oral medicine. Then the outcomes of teaching were evaluated. Results : The students' performance in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion : The application of case teaching method in the course of oral medicine is proved to be helpful for the training of students' competence of communication, clinical practice, which can resolve the problem of separation of theory and practice.
