本文简要的阐述了继电保护装置打印功能的重要性,并列举了现有的就地化打印方式的不足和缺陷,根据现有继电保护装置普遍使用ESPON打印机实现打印功能的技术特征,提出了一种继电保护装置打印数字化的方法。该方法通过模拟打印机使得继电保护装置的打印功能正常运行,并将接收到的打印信息存为文件,并使用ESC/P编码对打印信息进行解码并转存为PDF文件,从而实现打印数字化。该方法简单实用,安全可靠,降低了维护成本提高了变电站自动化的水平,亦符合变电站数字化、智能化的发展趋势,非常具有实用价值。

This paper briefly expounds the importance of the print function of the relay protection device, and lists the defects of the existing methods of printing function. According to the technical characteristics of the existing relay protection device generally using ESPON printer to achieve the printing function, the paper presents a method of the digitization of printing of the relay protection device. This method makes the normal operation of the print function of the relay protection device through the simulation of the printer, and stores in a file for the printing information received, and decodes printing information using the ESC/P encoding, and saves to the PDF file, so as to realize the digitization of printing. This method is simple and practical, safe and reliable, and it can improve the level of substation automation, and it is also in line with the development trend of the substation digitization and intelligence. It is of great practical value.
