不同基质对大花蕙兰组培苗生长的影响

摘要 大花蕙兰组培苗分别采用松树皮、水苔和泥炭土3种不同基质进行移栽试验,结果表明:采用松树皮和水苔移栽,平均成活率没有显著差异;但二者平均成活率明显高于泥炭土,水苔更有利于大花蕙兰组培苗初期生长;组培苗移栽管护1年后,水苔基质换成松树皮基质,有利于大花蕙兰苗木后期生长。 The pine bark, moss and peat soil were respectively adopted to be the matrixes for transferring the tissue cultured seedlings of Cymbidium hybridium. The results showed there was no significant difference between the pine bark and moss in the survival rate, but the survival rate of the two matrixes was higher than that of the peat soil. The peat soil was not suitable for transferring the tissue-cultured seedlings of C. hybridium. The pine bark and moss were suitable for transferring the tissue-cultured seedlings of C. hybridium, but the moss was better for the juvenile tissue-cultured seedlings. After tending the seedlings for one year, the moss should be changed to the pine bark so as to be better for the seedlings to grow in the subsequent stare.
