摘要
采用盆栽土培法,研究不同浓度Na Cl胁迫(0、30、60、90、120、150 mmol/L)对宿根福禄考幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明:随着Na Cl胁迫浓度的升高,宿根福禄考叶片POD活性呈现先升高后下降的趋势,而SOD活性总体呈增加趋势;SOD活性的高低可作为宿根福禄考幼苗耐盐性评价指标。
The effects of NaCl with different concentrations (0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 mmol/L) on the peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in pots seedlings of Phlox paniculata were studied. The results showed that with increasing of NaC1 concentration, POD activity in leaves of Phlox paniculata increased first and then decreased, while the overall SOD activity showed an increasing trend. The level of SOD activity can be used as Phlox paniculata seedlings salt tolerance evaluation index.
