热带兰组培快繁中类原球茎分切大小与增殖率的关系 被引量:2

摘要 选用热带兰花中的蝴蝶兰、文心兰、大花惠兰各1个品种,采用1、2、3个类原球茎块状分切方法,接种在兰花扩繁培养基上进行增殖试验。结果表明,3个种类的兰花品种均以带2个类原球茎的块状分切,增殖效果最佳。 Each cultivar of Phalaenopsis, Oncidium and Cymbidium hybridum was taken as experimental material respectively to carry out the multiplication test. The protocorm-like body was cut to one lump, two lumps and three lumps respectively, and was inoculated on the rapid propagation culture medium of orchid. The results showed that among three cultivars the cutting result of lump with two protocornm-like bodies was the best.
