基于测量减震器形变的车辆载重检测系统开发

摘要 针对智能车辆宽高检测系统设备贵,检测时间长的问题,实现快速检测车辆超载重量,设计了基于检测减震器形变的智能车辆载重检测系统。系统应用德国SICK公司具有双脉冲计算的二维激光脉冲测距传感器测量车辆载重时减震器的形变量,通过形变量与减震器的弹力系数计算出货物重量,同时还设计了上位机控制软件进行数据的实时传输和处理。经过系统仿真和现场试验数据表明,该系统实时性好,测量精度高,具有较好的推广价值。 For intelligent vehicle equipment expensive, high detection system wide detection time, realize the rapid detection of overloaded vehicles weight, design based on the detection of deformation of the intelligent vehicle shock absorber load test system.This system uses 2-D laser pulse range-finding sensors of SICK company in German to measure vehicle load of shock absorber, through the form variables and shock absorber of the elastic coefficient to calculate the weight of goods, also designed the PC control software for real-time data transmission and processing.Through simulation and test datasheet in experimentation indicates that this system is real-time , precision and valuable.
