基于霍尔效应电流传感器的离子电流测试系统设计与研究 被引量:2

摘要 在科学技术的推动下,人们对电流的研究越来越多,一期通过研究电流传感器系统来提高整个系统性能。霍尔效应电流传感器就是一种比较好的电流系统研究系统方式,它利用霍尔效应制作出一种电流检测器件,能够较好的测量出精度高、范围大、动态性能好的电流而被人们广泛应用。本文主要通过分析人工神经网络、数据融合技术及传感器技术提出霍尔电流传感器,分析霍尔电流测量误差,针对其影响因素采用多传感器技术对整个系统进行分析,结果表明霍尔效应电流传感器灵敏度提高36.35%。 Driven by science and technology, research more and more people to the current, one to improve overall system performance by studying the current sensor systems. Hall effect current sensor system is a relatively good current research system mode, which uses the Hall effect to produce a current-sensing device, capable of better measurement of high precision, large-scale, dynamic performance is good current people widely used. In this paper, through the analysis of artificial neural networks, data fusion technology and sensor technology make the Hall current sensors, Hall current measurement error analysis, the use of factors for its multi-sensor technology on the entire system, the results show that the Hall-effect current sensor sensitivity increase 36.35%.
