摘要
[目的]探讨雪白弯颈霉(Tolypocladium inflatum)产环孢菌素的最适发酵条件。[方法]采用正交试验,研究不同培养时间、培养基种类、装瓶量、菌种接种量(以菌片计)对雪白弯颈霉产环孢菌素的影响。[结果]在培养时间为4 d,发酵培养基为马铃薯200.00 g、甘露醇40.00 g、蛋白胨6.00 g,装瓶量为100 m L,菌片投放为9片时雪白弯颈霉产环孢菌素的发酵条件为最优。[结论]试验结果为提高雪白弯颈霉产环孢菌的产量提供了理论依据。
[Objective] To discuss the optimum fermentation conditions for the production of cyclosporin from Tolypocladium inflatum. [Method] Through an orthogonal experiment,the effects of culture time,culture medium,bottling capacity,and inoculation amount( in slice) of T. inflatum on the production of cyclosporin were analyzed. [Result] The optimum fermentation conditions for the production of cyclosporin from T. inflatum were shown as follows: the culture time was 4 d; the fermentation culture medium was composed of potato 200. 00 g,mannitol 40. 00 g,and peptone 6. 00 g; bottling capacity was 100 m L; inoculation amount was 9 slices. [Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical foundation for the improvement of yield of cyclosporin produced from T. inflatum.
