建立了射频非致命武器的综合效能评价核心指标体系,提出了射频非致命武器综合效能的评估方法,采用最优传递矩阵改进层次分析方法确定各指标的相对权重,运用模糊层次分析法对射频非致命武器的综合效能进行了评估,为射频非致命武器的研发和实际应用提供了理论支持.

Non-lethal radio frequency weapon is a kind of non-lethal directed energy and antielectronic microwave weapon.This paper proposes the core index evaluation system on the efficiency of non-lethal radio frequency weapons and the evaluation method of non-lethal radio frequency weapons.The relative weight of each index is determined by the improved AHP using the optimized matrix transfer and the non-lethal radio frequency weapon is evaluated based on vague AHP,which provides theoretical support for the development and application of radio frequency non-lethal weapons.
