Concept of Cognitive Testability and Analysis of Its Indexes

摘要 针对传统测试性的概念和内涵已不能完全满足电子装备发展需要的现状,提出了认知测试性的概念并建立认知测试性指标体系.分析了现代认知概念电子装备的特点,即由于其工作机理、结构形式的变化,表现出了信息化、网络化、智能化的特点,在此基础上提出了认知测试性的概念,以表征其测试性需求.在现有测试性指标的基础上,对传统测试性指标进行了丰富和拓展,构建以关键故障预测率和信息获取完备率等为典型指标的认知测试性指标体系. Considering the fact that the concept and connotation of traditional testability can no longer meet the requirements of electronic equipment development,the authors propose the concept of cognitive testability,and establish the system of its indexes.Firstly,they analyze the characteristics of modern cognitive concept electronic equipment,namely informatization,networkedness and intelligentization caused by the changes in working mechanism and configuration form.On this basis,the concept of cognitive testability is proposed to represent the requirements of testability.On the basis of the existing testability indexes,traditional indexes are enriched and expanded so as to establish the cognitive testability index system,whose typical indexes are the key fault prediction rate and information acquisition completeness rate.
