摘要
以天津市快速路为研究对象,运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立检查井井周路面结构有限元力学分析模型,分析了井周结构拉、压应力和剪应力的受力特点和变化规律,对防治检查井井周病害提出的4种混凝土钢筋骨架井圈做了可行性应力分析。研究结果显示:在汽车荷载驶入又离开检查井井周的过程中,检查井井周混凝土顶层压应力和底层拉应力都呈现先增后减的变化趋势;在混凝土井圈内设置一定数量等级的钢筋骨架,可以有效地帮助混凝土承担汽车荷载所造成的拉应力作用,避免底层拉应力破坏的现象发生,为检查井结构设计、井周病害防治以及施工提供了参考价值。
Taking the Tianjin expressway as the research example, the finite element software abaqus was used to establish the finite element structure analysis model of the inspection well surroundings to analyze the force bearing characteristics and the variation of pull stress, compression stress and shear stress surround the inspection well. The results showed that : during the process of the vehicle passing to and from the surrounding area, the top compressive stress and the underlying tensile stress of concrete wells circle firstly increased and then decreased. Setting a certain number of steel skeleton in concrete wells circle helps concrete undertake tensile stress caused by the vehicle load and avoids underlying tensile stress damages. It will provids a great reference value to the inspection well structure design, its surrounding disease prevention and the man- hole construction.
