摘要
针对城市轨道施工造成居民出行的不利影响提出城市路网交通组织优化方案,以达到减少因轨道施工带来的交通堵塞问题。以地铁线路各站点调查数据为基础,结合TransCAD软件,对轨道施工路网交通组织方案优化进行分析。制定以区域饱和度和区域平均速度为评价指标的优化方案,并从步行、机动车和公交系统3类对象提出改善实施方法的思路及建议。基于TransCAD的交通组织方案优化,能够较方便地解决道路施工交通组织问题,更接近道路网的实际运行情况,可为后续的地铁施工制定交通组织方案提供依据。
By analyzing the negative impact on resident trip due to the urban subway construction, the optimized traffic or- ganization in the affected urban road network was proposed for reducing congestion induced by track works. Combining with the software TransCAD, the traffic organization optimization in the road section affected by subway works was analyzed based on the the survey data of every station along the metro line. The optimization scheme by using the regional saturation and the regional average speed as the evaluation index was made and the ideas and suggestions for improving the implementation methods from three aspects of pedestrians, vehicles and bus system was proposed. Improved traffic organization under the subway construction based on TransCAD facilitates solving the traffic organization problems and is closer to the reality opera- tions, and provides the reference for traffic organization for following subway construction.
