沉渣镜检尿液红细胞和白细胞与干化学分析结果的比较分析 被引量:2

Analysis and comparison of erythrocyte and leukocyte in urine by urine dry chemistry method and urine microscopy method

摘要 目的通过Uritest-500B干化学尿液分析仪与尿沉渣显微镜镜检尿中红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)结果的对比,探讨其产生假阴性、假阳性的原因。方法收集门诊患者随机新鲜尿液标本375例,分别用Uritest-500 B干化学尿液分析仪和OLYMPUSCX-21显微镜检测尿中RBC、WBC。结果以显微镜镜检RBC、WBC结果作为检测标准,干化学分析仪检测WBC结果的阳性符合率81.6%,阴性符合率95.2%,假阳性率4.4%,假阴性19.4%,两种方法阳性率及阴性率比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。RBC检测结果阳性符合率94.0%,阴性符合率94.8%,假阳性率5.2%,假阴性率6.0%。两种方法阳性率及阴性率比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干化学法检测尿液RBC、WBC简便、快速,但存在假阳性和假阴性,适用于过筛检查,不能完全取代尿沉渣人工显微镜镜检。 Objective To compare the results of erythrocyte (RBC) and leukocyte (WBC) in urine which detected by Uritest -500B urine dry chemistry and urine microscopy method, and to investigate the reasons for the fake positive and negative results. Methods Randomly selected 375 urine specimens, detection of RBC and WBC was conducted using Uritest - 500B urine dry chemistry and OLYMPUSCX - 21 urine microscopy. Results The results of RBC and WBC detected by microscopic were standard, the positive rate of WBC detected by dry chemistry was 81.6%, the negative rate was 95.2% , the fake positive rate was 4.4% , the fake negative rate was 19.4%, and the comparison of positive rate and negative rate between the two methods showed statistical significance on the differences( P 〈 O. 05 ). The posi- tive rate of RBC was 94.0%, the negative rate was 94. 8% , the fake positive rate was 5.2%, the fake negative rate was 6.0%, and the comparison of positive rate and negative rate between the two methods showed statistical significance on the differences(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion It is convenient and efficient to detecte RBC and WBC by urine dry chemistry, but there are false negative results in the results. The urine dry chemistry method cannot completely replace the microsco- py method , it is suitable for screening.
