药物复律治疗心房扑动的临床效果分析

摘要 目的探讨药物复律治疗心房扑动的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2015年10月在永煤集团总医院治疗的心房扑动患者56例,随机分为两组各28例,观察组应用伊布利特治疗,对照组给予普罗帕酮治疗,对比两组转复时间、转复率及不良反应。结果观察组转复时间、转复率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低血压发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组其他不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论药物复律是治疗心房扑动的有效方法,伊布利特治疗效果优于普罗帕酮。
