浅析一起乡村医生非法行医案

在日常打击非法行医的行动中,阻挠监督执法的现象屡见不鲜。本文通过评析一起乡村医生在家私开诊所的非法行医案件,发现基层工作中的一些困境,引发作者对现场笔录制作时间、法律适用以及私闯民宅等问题的思考和建议。

In daily to crack down on illegal practice operation, prevent the phenomenon of supervision and law enforcement. In this paper, through analysing the rural doctors in private with clinical cases of illegal medical practice, found some difficulties in the work at the grass-roots level, lead author on the scene the record production time, applicable law and personal rush houses and other aspects of thinking and suggestion.
