摘要
大型水轮发电机滑环系统励磁电流很大,碳刷和集电环在运行中普遍存在过热问题,严重影响机组安全稳定运行,甚至造成非计划停机事故。本文从大型水轮发电机滑环系统的碳刷选型、载流密度、接触电阻、散热能力等方面,综合分析滑环系统产生过热的原因,并提出了具体维护对策。
Large water wheel generator slip ring system has high field current,carbon brush and collector ring suffer from widespread overheating problem in operation,thereby seriously affecting safe and stable operation of the unit,which even can cause unplanned outage. In the paper,the reasons of overheating in slip ring system are analyzed comprehensively from the aspects of carbon brush model selection,carrying current density,contact resistance,heat dissipation capacity and other aspects of the large water wheel generator slip ring system. The reasons of overheating in slip ring system are comprehensively analyzed,and concrete maintenance countermeasures are proposed.
