摘要
近年来随着小型水利建设的持续推进,对泵站建筑物结构的安全实施评估愈发重要。为有效解决在评估过程中存在的部分评估指标之间关联性以及相斥性问题,本文探索构造了基于物元可拓理论的泵站建筑物结构综合评价模型,并以我国大连市大型泵站安全综合评估为应用实例,在进行指标筛选、评价等级确立的基础上,全面评估了该泵站中建筑物的安全运行状态。研究结果表明:该泵站中有关建筑物的安全等级为Ⅲ级,整体处于基本安全状态,能够保障泵站安全运行。
In recent years,the safe implementation evaluation of pumping station building structure is more and more important with the continuous progress of small water conservancy construction. In the paper,the comprehensive evaluation model of pumping station building structure is constructed based on matter-element extension theory,in order to solve the correlation and repelling problem among the part of evaluation indexes in the evaluation process effectively. A large pumping station safety comprehensive evaluation in Dalian in North China is adopted as an application example. The safe operation state of buildings in the pumping station is assessed comprehensively on the basis of index screening,and evaluation grade determination. The research results show that the safety grade of related buildings in the pumping station is III,and it is overall in a basic safety state,thereby ensuring the safe operation of the pumping station.
