摘要
高频焊接石油管,主要应用在油田石油钻井,受力复杂,其化学成分、机械性能必须符合API5标准规定.针对J55、N80级钢,Φ73×5.5mm、Φ139.7×7.5mm高频焊接石油管的生产工艺进行了探索,制订了技术参数以及解决了实际生产中的技术难点.产品最终达到API5CT标准并满足了油田的使用.
High-frequency-welding oil pipe is mainly used in oil field drilling.With complex loading,its chemical composition and mechanical properties must meet API5 standards requirement.In this article,the production process of J55N80 steel grade,Φ73×5.5mm andΦ139.7×7.5mm is explored and the technical parameters are formulated,which solves the technical difficulties in practical production.The products eventually reach the API5 CT standards and meet demands of using in oil-field.
