摘要 可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),作为工业自动化三大技术支柱(PLC、机器人、CADPCAM)之一,被称作为工业控制的灵魂.在处理模拟量能力、数字运算能力、人机接口能力和网络能力方面,PLC逐渐进入过程控制领域,诞生了各种各样的特殊功能单元、产生了各种人机界面单元、通信单元;使应用可编程逻辑控制器的工业控制设备的配套更加容易.触摸屏的应运而生无疑是21世纪自动化领域里的一个巨大的革新.本文主要介绍了松下PLC和昆仑通态触摸屏控制系统在折弯设备中的应用,整个系统结构紧凑,操作简便,可视化功能强,实现了对自动折弯过程的智能控制. PLC,as one of the most important technology in three technology stanchions of industrial automation,has been regarded as the soul of industry control.PLC has proceeded into process control region because of its ability in analog dealing,digital operation,man-machine interface and network.With the rapid development of the technology,more and more machines and site operations tend to use the man-machine interface.The powerful function and complicated data processing of the PLC lead to the emerging of man-machine interface which is simple and convenient to match the PLC.The man-machine interface which emerges as the times requirement is a huge innovation in automation aspects of 21 century.This paper mainly introduces the Panasonic PLC and Kunlun on-state touch screen which are applied in bending device.The structure of the whole system is compact,easy to work,and the visual function is powerful.It accomplished the intelligent control to automatic bending.
