摘要
针对消费者对快递服务拥塞程度的敏感性,设计了网购快递企业提供差异化快递服务水平下服务资源专用配置和共用配置两种策略,建立了快递企业服务资源配置策略的博弈模型,比较分析了两种快递服务资源配置策略的最优条件。结果发现,当共用配置所需最低资源量多于专用配置所需最低资源总量时,专用配置策略优于共用配置策略,当共用配置服务资源达到规模效应的阈值时,共用配置策略优于专用配置策略。最后通过算例说明了两种快递服务资源配置策略的最优决策结果与选择方式。
This paper studied the service resource allocation strategies considering sensitivity of consumers on the congestion level. It designed two kinds of resource allocation mechanism based on vertically differentiated express service level, which included dedicated resource allocation strategy (DRAS) and sharing resource allocation strategy (SRAS). And then, it de- veloped the game models of express service resource allocation. Compared with the optimal conditions of two allocation strategies, result showed that the DRAS obtained more benefits than SRAS when the minimum required resource of DRAS was lower than SRAS's. If the share service resources achieve the threshold of economic scale, SRAS was better than DRAS. A numerical experiment was presented to illustrate the optimal decision of two resources allocation strategies.
