超声造影评价颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的应用实时超声造影技术评价颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性与临床症状的关系。方法应用实时超声造影检查56例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者,分析粥样斑块的造影显像情况与患者临床症状的关系。结果 56例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者中26例有明显临床症状及体征的粥样斑块全部显影;30例无明显临床症状的患者中,17例有少量稀疏显影,13例无显影。结论超声造影能实时观察颈动脉粥样斑块内的微循环情况,可以无创性评价颈动脉粥样斑块的稳定性。 Objective To evaluate the relationships between the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and clinical symptoms of carotid atherosclerosis using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Methods Fifty-six patients with carotid atheroscle-rotic plaques were examined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. The contrast agent visualization of the carotid atherosclerotic plaques was analyzed and compared with their clinical symptoms. Results Twenty-six patients who had suffered from obvious clinical symptoms were entirely visualized. Among the thirty patients who had no apparent clinical symptoms, 17 were sparsely visualized, and there was no visualization in the other 13 patients. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can observe microcirculation in carotid atherosclerotic plaques in real-time, and assess the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques.
