摘要 目的探讨和分析尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(u PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1(PAI-1)表达与乳腺癌及预后的相关性。方法选择2012年3月至2014年5月来我院就诊的82例乳腺癌和42例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,检测两组患者组织u PA和PAI-1表达水平,分析其表达水平与乳腺癌的相关性。82例乳腺癌按照治疗后复发27例、无复发55例及转移24例、未转移58例进一步分析不同组患者治疗后组织u PA、PAI-1阳性表达率与预后结局的相关性。结果乳腺癌组组织u PA和PAI-1阳性表达率均明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤组(P<0.05),乳腺癌复发组和转移组组织u PA和PAI-1阳性表达率亦均明显高于未复发组和未转移组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果表明,乳腺癌及其复发组与转移组组织u PA和PAI-1的OR值均>0。结论 u PA、PAI-1表达与乳腺癌及预后均存在相关性。 Objective To investigate and analyze the relationships between the expression of uPA and PAI-1 and breast cancer and its prognosis. Methods Between March 2012 and May 2014, 82 cases of breast cancer and 42 cases of benign breast tumor were selected in our hospital. The expression levels of uPA and PAI- 1 were detected in both groups of patients, and the correlation between the expression level and breast cancer was analyzed. The cases of breast cancer included 27 cases of recurrence, 55 cases without recurrence, or alternatively 24 cases without metastasis, 58 cases without metastasis. The relationships between the positive expression rate of uPA and PAI-1 and prognosis of the patients after treatment was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of uPA and PAI- 1 in breast cancer group was higher than that in benign breast tumor group ( P〈0.05 ). The positive expression rate of PAI-1 and uPA in breast cancers with recurrence or metastasis was higher than in those without recurrence or metastasis( P〈0.05 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that OR values of uPA and PAI-1 in breast cancer, breast cancer with recurrence or metastasis were above zero. Conclusion Expressions of PAI-1 and uPA are correlated with breast cancer and its prognosis.
