PDCA循环法对某医院病案回收管理的影响分析

Effect of PDCA Circulation Method on Recovery of Hospital Medical Records

目的探讨计划、实施、检查、处理(PDCA)循环法对某医院病案回收管理的影响作用。方法回顾性分析某医院病案统计中心2011-2013年回收超期的原因,采用PDCA循环法对2014年病案回收进行管理,并与前3年进行对比,评价PDCA循环法应用于病案回收管理的效果。结果造成2011-2013年回收的主要原因为检查报告单延迟(19.9%)、病理报告单延迟(19.0%)、患者多次转科室治疗(17.1%)。2014年该医院病案延迟回收率(6.0%)明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法显著提高了医院病案三日回收率,利于提高医院病案管理质量和规范化管理具有显著意义。

Objective To explore the effect of the planning, implementation, inspection, processing （PDCA） cycle method on the recovery of hospital medical records . Methods The basic causes of overdue recovery of medical records were retrospectively analyzed at a Center for Medical Records Statistics of a hospital from 2011 to 2013. Tile PDCA cycle method of man- agement was used for the recovery of medical records in 2014. Medical records and the recovery effect in 2014 were compared with those of the previous three years to evaluate the PDCA cycle method. Results The delayed recovery of medical records between 2011 and 2013 was mainly due to delays in the examination reports （ 19.9% ）, those in pathological reports d （ 19.0% ）, and multiple department transference therapies （ 17.1% ）. The rate of delayed recovery of medical records was 6.0% in 2014, significantly lower than in 2011,2012 or 2013 （ 19.0% , 18.0% and 20.0%, respectively）. ConclusionThePDCA cycle method can significantly improve the rate at which hospital medical records are recovered in three days after patients are discharged.
