摘要 介绍了酸性废水减排对制酸系统净化工序的影响。详述金川集团有限公司化工厂530kt/a硫酸系统净化工艺的改造。在不改动主体工艺和设备的前提下,对设备和工艺进行技术改进与完善,提高了净化工序的固-液分离效果、设备的防堵塞和抗腐蚀能力,消除了酸性废水提浓减排后循环酸中尘、硫酸、氟富集对净化系统的影响,使净化系统处理能力与酸性废水减排相匹配。 The influence of acid waste water emission reduction on cleaning section in sulphuric acid plant is introduced. The transformation of cleaning section of 530 kt/a sulphuric acid plant in Chemical Plant ,Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. is described. The device and technology were improved and perfected on the premise of reservation of main process and equipment, which increased solid-liquid separation effect in cleaning section, anti-clogging and corrosion resistance ability, eliminated ill effects of dust, sulphuric acid and fluoride in renewable acid on cleaning section after acid waste water was enriched and discharged, making the handling ability match with emission reduction of acid waste water.
