摘要
介绍了大气腐蚀和电化学腐蚀的机理以及电子电器污染及腐蚀等级。详述了深度清洗剂、深度防护剂的选择与应用,以及深度清洗剂、深度防护剂应用标准化程序的建立。自2014年采用防腐技术以来,设备腐蚀损坏数量大幅降低,设备使用寿命得以延长,腐蚀防护技术总体上达到要求,取得良好效果。
Mechanisms of atmospheric corrosion and electrochemical corrosion, pollution and corrosion grade of electrical ＆ electronic products are introduced. Choice and application of cleaning agent and protective agent, building of standardized procedure application are described. Since application of anti-corrosion technology in 2014, numbers of damaged equipment decreased greatly, service life was extended, which meant the corrosion protection technology met the requirements and achieved better effects.
