介绍了威顿(达州)化工有限责任公司二期硫磺制酸装置透平风机失速原因。通过系统分析,排除了转化、干吸和尾吸工序的原因,将原因锁定在提供动力的蒸汽管路上。因排气不畅,导致止回阀动作滞后,透平机转速异常。为此,公司更换止回阀轴,透平风机恢复正常运行。
Causes of turbine fan stall in the second phase sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of Wylton (Dazhou) Chemical Co., Ltd. are analyzed. By systematic analysis, the causes of conversion, dry and absorption, tail gas absorption are excluded, and locked in the vapor pipeline providing power. Air vent clogging led to check valve lag and abnormal operation of turbine fan. According to the case, the company replaced the check valve shaft, turbine fan returned to normal.
