Technological improvement of dry absorption section in sulphuric acid plant

介绍了云峰分公司依据300 kt/a硫酸(A系列)装置干吸系统设计、设备质量、工程安装质量、设备运行状况、生产能力、产品质量及环保运行效果的检验数据,对干吸工序采取了一系列技改措施。其中包括用规整填料代替传统的阶梯环、清除玻璃纤维过滤器、清理分酸槽内沉积的酸泥、干吸循环槽和尾吸塔及循环槽,并对生产工艺进行调整。技改后的72 h考核数据说明取得了较好成效。

Inspection data of design, equipment and installation quality, equipment operation condition, production capacity, product quality and environmental effect are introduced. A series of cleaning measures adopted in the dry absorption section are described, including replacement of traditional packing by structured packing, cleaning of glass fiber filter and acid sludge accumulated in acid distributor groove, dry absorption circulation groove, tail gas absorption tower and circulation groove, as well as adjustment of production technology. 72-hour examination data after technological innovation proved better effect.
