摘要
分析了造成原料气系统、富胺液系统、胺液再生塔顶酸性气冷凝系统及胺液再生塔等脱硫单元的腐蚀因素。介绍了脱硫单元腐蚀工艺优化控制技术,其中包括氯离子含量的控制、优化胺液再生参数、优化脱硫系统停工技术、加强胺液过滤器过滤。该技术的应用消除了净化装置安全隐患,降低装置密封点泄漏率,提高了装置运行安全系数,实现净化装置长周期安全平稳运行。
Corrosive factors of purification plant including material gas system, rich amine system, amine recovery tower in acid gas condensing system and amine recovery tower are analysed. Corrosion optimization control technology used in purification plant are introduced with respects to controlling concentration of chloride ion, optimization of amine regeneration parameters and of purification plant shutdown, and strengthening filtration effect of amine filter. Application of the technology eliminated the security risk of purification plant, reduced leak rates of sealed point in the plant, increased operation safety factor, and realized long-term, safe and stable operation.
