核桃壳对酸性矿山废水抑制效果的研究

摘要 研究在氧化亚铁硫杆菌培养液中添加核桃壳粉和核桃壳乙醇粗提液两种形态的抑制物,探讨其对酸性矿山废水以及重金属离子溶出的抑制效果。实验结果表明:核桃壳粉添加组对矿溶出的重金属Cr、Fe、Pb、Cu和Zn浓度的抑制作用强于核桃壳乙醇粗提液添加组;核桃壳及其乙醇粗提液对氧化亚铁硫杆菌产酸的抑制效果从强到弱依次为核桃壳粉添加组、核桃壳乙醇粗提液添加组、空白组。 Using the waste of agricultural Fruit shell inhibit acidic mining waste water , a kind of great way to solve the prob-lem of piling, is helpful to put down the environmental pollution.In this study, two forms of inhibitors of walnut shell powder and their crude ethanol extracts are added to the Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans solution , the effect of inhibition about inhibitor to acid mine drainage and heavy metal ion dissolution are discussed .The experimental results show that the effect of inhibition about wal-nut shell powder to heavy metal ion dissolution such as Cr、Fe、Pb、Cu and Zn are better than its crude ethanol extract.When it comes to the effect of inhibition about the Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans producing acid , the walnut shell powder is better than its crude ethanol extract, and its crude ethanol extract is better than the blank group.
