摘要
面对城市日益严峻的交通拥堵问题,在交通技术和管理理念的推动下,各城市通过逐渐发展基于互联网的交通供给与基于路权优化的交通组织等新模式来应对交通挑战.本文梳理近年来面向拥堵治理的交通政策创新方式及其所面对的挑战,指出应进行精细化管理以更好发挥新措施的作用.
In order to cope with the transportation problems caused by the vehicle-oriented development, many local governments in China have recently adopted new transport policies and organization patterns with the help of new technologies and concepts in transport management field. This paper first summarizes new transport supply and management modes respectively based on internet and reshaping of right-of-way, and then points out the significance of delicacy management trend in urban transportation sectors.
