转炉送风机是铜冶炼PS转炉系统的关键设备,其运行状况直接关系到整个吹炼系统运行与否。结合转炉送风机使用工况的特殊性,在3#转炉送风机调试投运以来的运行状况的基础上,重点分析本次叶轮解体事故的原因,并对本次故障的处理进行总结。

Converter blower is the key equipment of copper smelting PS converter system, its operation status is directly relevant to the operation of the whole converting system. By combining the particularity of working condition of the converter blower and based on operation status of No.3 converter blower, the paper mainly analyzes the reason of disassembling accident of the impeller and makes the summary of the failure treatment.
