检验检测机构“三合一”认可管理的信息化系统实施探讨

Discussion on implementation of information system for “three in one” approval management of inspection bodies

检验检测机构不仅需要通过强制性的资质认定,而且要满足自愿性的实验室认可。实施中国合格评定国家认可委员会(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment,CNAS)"三合一"认可有利于机构提高效率、提升能力。文章对基于信息化的检验检测机构能力管理系统的设计和实施进行了探讨。

Inspection bodies are required not only to go through a mandatory qualification accreditation but also to be recognized by voluntary laboratories. Implementation of ＂three in one＂ accreditation of CNAS （China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment） can improve efficiency and enhance abilities of inspection bodies.This paper explored the design and implementation of information-based-system that manage the abilities of inspection institutions.
